Pitt gets a back
Pitt added a much-needed running back to the class of 2014 Friday when Niles (Ill.) Notre Dame prospect Chris James committed to the Panthers.
James made his announcement via Twitter shortly after 1 p.m.

James is commit No. 19 for Pitt in the class and the second running back to join the group, along with Buffalo (NY) Canisius three-star Qadree Ollison. In 11 games this season, James rushed for 1,687 yards and 19 touchdowns. That included eight 100-yard games and four 200-yard games.
