Player Eval: Tyrell Biggs at ABCD
ABCD Camp Player Evaluation – Tyrell Biggs
6’8” 250 lbs Forward, Don Bosco Tech NJ, Class of 2005
Strengths: Decent quickness for a player with his bulk, strong, good hands, nice handle, solid passer, good fundamentals, good team player / communicator, works hard, decent defender, good mid-range shooter.
Weaknesses: Not a good leaper – which hinders him somewhat on the defensive end.
Summary: Solid prospect. Biggs is a very unique player. He is a tweener 3-4 man with the ability to get shots off by using his size and a variety of dribble moves.
Here are Tyrell’s stats for the camp games (opponents in bold face made the all-star game). Note: After shooting 2-11 in his first two games on Thursday night, Biggs stayed late to work on his shooting. He shot over 50% from the floor after Thursday night.
