Five-star DL pays a visit to FSU

Florida State hosted a number of the nation's best prospects last weekend for the Seminole Showtime Camp. A few top recruits had hoped to make it to Tallahassee for the annual event but were unable because of scheduling conflicts. One such player is five-star defensive end J.R. Ferguson. However, the Chatham (VA) Hargrave Military Academy standout did make it FSU on Friday afternoon for a short visit.

"We spent about four hours here today," Ferguson told Warchant.com. "We met the coaches, walked around campus a lot, got to talk to the academic advisors and stuff, and checked out all of the facilities. Mostly, we got to talk to the coaches."
