2010 Florida corner likes Georgia

You know the state of Florida will produce athletes yearly, so when looking for receivers, running backs, and defensive backs, they are there. A junior corner that may be one of the best in 2010 out of the Sunshine State is Lo Wood.

"I have picked up an offer from Florida International and I think Michigan is about to offer me," said Wood. "I am getting a lot of mail from schools all the time too. Florida, Virginia, Georgia, Auburn, Rutgers, Oregon, Virginia Tech, and UCLA send me a lot."

The 5-foot-11, 166 pound corner out of Apopka feels two more SEC schools could be close to offering.

"Auburn and Florida are the schools I get that vibe from right now. They have been recruiting me pretty good for a while, so I think they could be next."

One school that he has been hearing from on a regular basis for months is the University of Georgia. The Bulldogs recruit the state of Florida and they have a lot of connections there through their coaching staff. The junior corner has a lot of interest in the Bulldogs.

"Georgia is a great team," he stated. "I really like how they play the game, I like their coaches, and I have really been keeping up with them since I got into high school."
