Ohio d-end has size, speed, and offers

Is it really any surprise that Columbus (OH) St. Francis DeSales defensive end Davon Custis holds over a dozen scholarship offers? Consider the measurables:

6'5". 220 pounds. 4.58 40.

Those numbers alone are worth at least double-digit offers. Add in the fact that Custis seems to be perfectly capable of maximizing those physical talents, and it's not hard to imagine the offer sheet growing.

"He's a very athletic, he's got a great frame, he's a really good pass rusher, and what's most impressive is his ability to run," DeSales head coach Ryan Wiggins told PantherLair.com recently. "He runs a 4.58 40, so he can really move, and the first thing that stands out on his film is how fast he is.
