Texas tidbits: Finding out-of-state success

The beginning of the 2007 recruiting season was dominated by Texas schools loading up on in-state commitments.


With the month of June in full swing, out-of-state programs such as Oklahoma, LSU, Nebraska, Kansas State, Oklahoma State, Missouri and Kansas are starting to make some headway recruiting the talent-rich state of Texas. Oklahoma State and LSU were two of the first schools to grab Texas commitments, but that group is getting larger.
