The road to Division I football can be long and rough.

Blinn JC safety Byron Landor knows this as well as anybody. As a senior out of Lake Charles (La.) Washington-Marion he signed with McNeese St. but never enrolled because of a coaching change. Then there was UL-Monroe and now two-years at Blinn.

Since he transferred into Blinn from UL-Monroe he was forced to sit another season, but once he got his shot in 2008 he was going to do whatever it took to make the most of it.
