With June coming to a close, a decision is nearing for Jefferson Hills (PA) Thomas Jefferson tight end Brock DeCicco. DeCicco visited Pitt on Thursday, and even though DeCicco didn't make a commitment on his visit, he told PantherLair.com that his decision is close.
