It is clear that NC State has a big need at defensive end in the 2009 class. The Pack is also trying to extend their reach to the New Jersey region and take advantage of some old connections the staff had while at Boston College. An example of those two developments is Bernardo Nunez, a defensive end from Hoboken (N.J.) High.
