High school freshman blue chip checks out A&M
Sunday was a big day for Texas A&M basketball as the Aggies welcomed a number of high-profile players from the Dallas Mustangs AAU program. Along with class of 2009 five-star Nolan Dennis, A&M hosted two class of 2011 visitors from the Dallas Mustangs as well.
One was North Crowley point guard Kyan Anderson, who is one of the fastest rising players in this year's high school freshman class. Anderson is entering his first season of high school basketball, but he is already seasoned on the AAU circuit with the Dallas Mustangs.
The 5-foot-11, 155-pound Anderson is beginning his freshman year at North Crowley after moving from Los Angeles in the fifth grade, and has interest in Pac-10 teams, Texas A&M and others.
