Getting to know Greg Gaskins

Now that Dave Wannstedt and his staff have put the finishing touches on the 2007 recruiting class, Pantherlair.com is taking a closer look at each of the recruits. A Class AAAA first team all-state selection by the Associated Press and the Pennsylvania Football News…selected to play in the Pa. East-West All Star Game in Altoona…selected to the York Daily Record/Sunday News YAIAA Division I All-Star Team…the number 15 center prospect nationally as rated by Rivals…turned 17 in January…ranks third in his class academically


What has been your most memorable moment on the football field? Our first game of the season, a 6-0 win in overtime. We missed a field goal at the end, then in overtime, we had a fourth down at the one, and we scored to win.



Who is your hero? I'll have to say Martin Luther King and what he did. He never let anyone get in the way of what he believed in, and his philosophy. He stood up for what he believed, and he changed the world.
