William Penn High school center Greg Gaskins (6' 3" 285) visited Pitt, officially, before the holidays, and can only look forward to officially starting his college career, which will begin this summer. Pitt guard C.J. Davis was his host for his recent visit.

One of five interior linemen that committed for the Class of 2007, Gaskins said he had a chance to meet with some of those future teammates. He also spent some time visiting with assistant coaches Greg Gattuso and Paul Rhoads.
