Prior to the start of his senior season big Jordan Gibbs (6' 7" 290) gave the Panther staff a verbal commitment.

This fall Gibbs helped Penn Manor Comets to a 5-5 record this fall. They lost their final game to District 3 rival Manheim Township 49-34 which featured Pitt commit Pat Bostick at quarterback.

Gibbs picked Pitt over offers from Illinois and Virginia.
