Pitt has received a verbal commitment from wide receiver Aundre Wright (6' 2" 185) from Milford Academy. Pitt had recruited Wright out of Perry Traditional Academy in Pittsburgh but he needed to get his academic affairs in order. Provided his grades remain on track, Wright will be headed to Pitt.

Wright helped lead Perry Traditional Academy to two Pittsburgh City League championships. As a senior he caught 20 passes for 600 yards for an average of 30 yards per catch.
