Flower Mound DL picks three
Ask any coach what position seems the hardest to recruit in high school, and odds-on bet is that they will reply with defensive tackle. Honestly, it isn't a question of finding the right type of talent, it's finding talent packaged in a large frame. Flower Mound's David Neill comes in at 6-foot-5 and recently weighed in at 244, but a rigorous offseason program has him heading north on the weight scale.
Neill has been busy recently taking in camps. His most recent stop was at Kansas University where he walked away with another notch in his offer belt. Though he felt he underperformed, it must have been enough to warrant the scholarship.
Texas Tech, Kansas, and SMU have benefited from getting to see Neill up close, and in return, the Marcus High School product chose those three to head the top of his offer list.
