The Iowa coaching staff is still looking to fill a need at offensive tackle in this recruiting class and appears to have found a new potential target. That is 6-foot-6, 255-pound Thomas Shoaf, who attended Iowa's one-day camp on Sunday and impressed the coaches enough that he was told to expect a scholarship offer shortly.

"I did pretty well," said Shoaf. "They said they really like my technique, my athleticism, how I come off the ball, and just my overall mentality. They want me to call in later this week and will be offering a scholarship."
