Searching For A Quarterback
Quarterbacks have a long standing legacy at the University of Houston, whether it be the Heisman days of Andre Ware, the gun-slinging days of David Klinger, who wrote many passing records during his time on campus and still holds the records for most passing yards and touchdowns in a single game. Then you have Kevin Kolb, who was the first ever true freshman to start a season opener in school history and ended his passing career with 12,964 passing yards, good for fifth all-time at the time. Then you have Case Keenum and just about anyone that watched college football in 2011 heard the name Case Keenum at some point or another. Keenum re-wrote just about every NCAA passing record there was and leaves Houston as the NCAA's all-time leader in passing yards, touchdowns and completions.
