At face value, Tempe (Ariz.) defensive tackle Todd Peat Jr. is becoming a highly sought-after prospect.
Looking deeper into his pedigree, Peat comes from a football family that not only brings physical ability to the table, but a knowledge for the nuances of the game.
Todd Jr. and Andrus Peat are the sons of former Arizona Cardinal offensive lineman Todd Peat Sr. Drafted in 1987 when the franchise was still in St. Louis, he played with the Cardinals and Raiders for seven years.
