Pitt's run in the 2010 NCAA Tournament started well Friday afternoon, as the No. 3 seed Panthers had little trouble with No. 14 seed Oakland, beating the Golden Grizzlies 89-66 in Milwaukee.   

Akron CB Grant holding steady

Pitt was one of the first offers for Akron cornerback Doran Grant, and he has now topped 30 scholarships. Grant is still trying to figure who he likes and who he wants to visit, but a trip to Pitt in the near future could be in the works.
